Well the heel was sore for two laps, but I raced some bloke for the first 400metres, then peeled off to coachwood, whipped his arse by the way, but didnt help the heel. VERY windy in the face past the school and at various points, but nice temperature and quite light. listened to the quiz not music which doesnt push me along as much I now think. Megan and the girls out doing gingerbreadhouses.
