that really hurt, my february day off, went with ben. was pretty hot too. we stopped for some traffic crossing fowler rd on the way back and i really didnt want to start running again :-) off to see mum in hospital after that, cracks in hand, ribs and knee from her fall, no operation required just rest. talked a bit and she perked up some. off to the mountains thisafternoon when megan gets home...
