Took that pretty easy, overcast and a bit windy, in fact quite windy, be nice to get a still day one time. felt a bit flat maybe and listened to the quiz so go figure..need the music to motivate I think. still good to get out. Megan and the girls as Sammys presentation night right now, Im trying not to get too much chicken on the keyboaard, roast chicken dinner on a roll etc.
