Notes
So 10 degrees cooler than last week, but went out in about the same pace. Came back a little quicker. The big difference was I didnt feel like I was dying on the way back..although ran quite quick. Oh well bit faster anyway. So didnt try to set a record, but ran quite hard, surprising I guess I went so fast yesterday. Right heel pretty sore for the first 1 to 2 ks, gunna have to watch that. And did start quite cold, was sitting down on the laptop when Megan got home from her first weeknight hockey. she played left half, saved one off the line, but they lost 2-1 sounds like fun though. I picked sammy up from dancing for her so she could get there :-)
