Day off, watched some zombie stuff and then went all forest gump. Felt pretty good, definitely weary towards the end but could have done more..Knee no trouble at all! small niggle in achilles at some point but went away and no drama. Ate and drank and kept moving afterwards, interesting to see how I recover :-) oh yeah, and weighed in at 77.3 after the run.
