Feeling a bit sick still with a sore throat but not a systemic thing by the looks. Very nice night, pretty calm for around here not much wind and clear sky, warm but not hot. chased some young guy from coachwood till I overtook him at the crossing at fowler road, got to half way in 14:58 really didnt push much, and maybe upped the tempo a little on the way home, so happy with the time. Hayleys birthdaytomorrow so might miss out unless i go at lunch time. have her pressie and a nice card. megan on the lounge working hard at schoolwork, will join her soon now ive stopped sweating :-)
