Started sleepy, slow and stiff, noticed going 4.47 in the second lap of coachwood, so thought Id ease off and do an easy run, but noticed same pace after easing off, so must have warmed up..just decided to keep that pace, was running with the wind in my face and since only doing 10, sped up at halfway..so going largely with the wind increased the effort up the hills and kept it going on the way back, good effort run in the end. beaut weather aside from some wind, the temp was great and the rain had gone away. Nice weekend for Hayleys birthday in the end, dropped her home to penshurst with her bean bag, interested to see how it comes out with the beans in! hope her second week at SACS is better for her and she gets happier and meets some good friends the poor kid was sad on Friday night..hope we cheered her up with the birthday weekend.
