very hot in the morning when megan ran, since we lay in a bit, maybe 28 or so, and too hot for milo when we walked him, and too hot when megan mowed the front lawn and I cut the hedge and filled in the hole in the back yard and we planted the vegie garden ...but it had cooled down for my run after a bit of a nap with milo sleeping on me..pretty good saturday be all standards I reckon..we are now off to indian and the one man band which should be good too...so it was cool, the wind was against on the way out, also seemed to be against up the hills in coachwood. I went a bit faster in the bit from the crossing since there was a runner behind, and he didnt catch me! and then went a bit faster than usual the last 3ks, and the splits were k9 4.16, k10 4.07, k11 4.10 so not too shabby..
