did the new path down past gordo and shazzas place, much better at night than the old way, cold, not sure about 6 degrees, but thats what weather zone sez! not too windy. wore my new wind jacket and it was great, no drama at all getting going didnt worry about the cold at all, after a while I zipped it down a bit but never got too hot. quite wet inside it I guess by the end but wow running in that cold with no drama its a winner! went easy great to get a 10k in never thought Id get back to it, now two in the last coupla months, see how I feel tomorrow in the knee. admittedly it was a bit stiff earlier today, probably after the big effort on tuesday night. gee it must have been cold for megan last night playing at 9.30pm..ok according to weahter zone it was 8 degrees :-)
btw the distance taken from runkeeper, the map looked pretty good no major deviations so Ill take that, slightly shorter than down the dark tunnel which makes sense I think..
