Not sure if I was too tired and needed a rest or what, but didnt go at lunch, weather a bit dodgy, thought if it rained oh well will rest ok, but turned out good weather, cool, light wind, clear ish sky and by the way great sunset out there too. Saw megan arrive home and she later tooted me on the way to her beaticians appointment! started slow but sped up,
ended up coming home strongly for a pretty good pace for a training run, felt good all the way, no bonk, no knee..did get a touch of the hammy niggle stopping at the crossing on the way home :-) last two and a half ks in 4.19, 4.14, and 4.13 by the way.
