We lost 3-2, first time in a long while. But we had 9 and then 10 when Bruce arrived after about 10-15 minutes, while they had 3 subs. I scored my first goal of the year, a stroke! Glen scored the other one, to make it 2 all, it was two one down at half time. They scored off a short with about 5 minutes to go, so we really did ok. get them in the second roung. Nice to get the monkey off my back with the stroke, it was real fast, not too far to the goalies right, but no way I was going to miss outside the posts! went above the backboard Megan tells me into the net, yipee! Geez had a few short corners in second half, I hit one that got blocked, next one I layed off to chris whose shot jumped off the goalie and went so damn close to going in...I remember a few good things I did, good run down the left side from the hit off I think, beat gunner and 2 others and passed off to Mark we got right down to inside the 25...gee I felt bad all game, low energy, hurting and lazy. But it was a nice night out at the Menail club the night before, megan, hayley, jb, martin, wendy, louise and alison and back to the whites to watch their new tv...btw points 3 les wilde, 2 aneurin, 1 Ben.
