quite cool, full moon in the sky but still light, hayley off for a duke of ed hike tomorrow 24ks over 2 nights in the blue mountains, hope it goes well! megan ran this morning not as coughey as last time on friday. went easy to minise issues with my achilles and it went well, none of the scary hurty stuff I got on Friday.
