Big day, the floors are almost all in and they look great! Megan had an excursion to the Seymour centre and so another big day. Hot day too. I went out to just go under 5m per k, and did ok, felt pretty tired, on a 4 day streak with a fast 10k thrown in. So a couple of rest days ahead...
