megan went to hockey training, i stayed home and went for the run. gunna do 10 but it rained, i settled for 6.5, of course it rained a bit in the 3rd lap, not too bad though, and felt pretty good, didnt killl myself had an ok day at work, fixed the turnstile at the sutho leisure centre lets hope it stays fixed :-)
