Got home and did the digital tv experiement, that is hooked up my laptop to the new tv aerial and it went well. Didnt do the nap I've been doing, so aside from starting REALLY stiff, I went better in the subsequent laps, and upgraded from 4 to 4.5 laps on the way around. Nice and cool, and a lot less wind than yesterday too. I think my times were better before the games because I had a target. Also my right heel continues to be a pain, quite uncomfortable on the first lap before it warmed up. And my left ankle still a bit swollen but getting better. Work wise I had a 6th appraisal from Bill, not too bad so happy about that. Now I have to do the 7th grade speech for tomorrow night. Will be a punish to start, but should be a good night after that!
