went quite easy to halfway, it was quite warm, 25 to 26, but little wind. maybe still a bit flat from tuesdays 20k. still went a bit harder in the last few, km 9 4.27, km 10 4.15, km 11 4.09 (only last 400m or so.) did get held up crossing the road near the coopers place, and at the end at coachwood.
