Notes

Progression run on the treadmill. Started at 7:30 pace added .1 every half mile and then .1 every minute over the last mile. Was planning on running 10 but ran out of time and was more tired at 6:45 than I thougth I would be. First 5 miles was 35:30 last 3 was 19:10.

Going to get on the bike tonight.
