Notes

15 minute warm up

intervals felt good. Might have gone a little fast on the mile pace spurts but overall felt good and tried to keep the tempo up on the recovery portions rather than slow down too much.

15 minute cool down.

Overall some good mileage for the day and felt good getting up to different paces/getting into the swing of workouts again.
