Ran 6.7 mile warmup in about 57min. Then ran the intervals like this:
1 mile at 6-6:30 - (6:02)
1 mile at 7-7:30 - (6:29)
2 miles at 13-13:30 - (12:39)
1 mile at 7-7:30 - (6:40)
2 miles at 13-13:30 - (13:13)
1 mile easy - (8:11)
1 mile at 6-6:30 - (6:22)
was pretty fucking wrecked when done with this...ran 1 mile very easy (~11) and then was just so cold I had to get warm. Sat in my car for a bit to get warm, tried a fast mile and was just unable to generate any turnover (7:25) so bagged the last. Great workout but it was just so fucking cold this morning...really think I could have done better.
