It has been almost a year since I last wore a heart rate monitor for a run. So I strapped one on this morning to see how the old ticker handles a comfortable recovery run.
1) 9:35 (HR: 139)
2) 9:12 (HR: 132)
3) 9:03 (HR: 143)
4) 8:58 (HR: 141)
When I get a chance, I'll look back over past runs where I've monitored my heart rate to see how things have changed.
