Sluggish, slow. Small group. Ran w John to catch Greg & Kristen (new) at 1.5 miles. Then John ahead; I trailed Greg, Kristen. With Kristen, BJ thru GF. On MO John/Greg pulled ahead. I couldnt keep up--with Greg! No pain, but little energy. Good running w Kristen, probably 8:30 pace. Recruiting her to help w Woodward.
