Led bottom 1/3 XC w Amy. Mile (7:17). 2x800 (3:25, 3:22). 1K (4:25). 2x200 (40) 1/2 warm, 1/2 transition, 1/2 cool.
At front mostly. Felt strong, quick. No pain. Pushed but no stress.
