BJ Smith came. I led 3 800s (325 320 318). She led one (I chased, running 318 to her 313). One easier (320). Last at 320 pace but she passed on last lap, leaving me behind, 312 to 318). And she's out of shape! Mariann jogged first 3 (hard crossfit before, neck still a bother). Anne came for last 3--first w Frank, last two in 335 or so. Ended up jogging a couple of grass loops with Anne, Sadie. Cold wind. Felt fine, no pains. But perceived effort harder than time shows. Felt like I should have been under 310.
