Great run! I decided to run with the fast group and call it a steady state run. My effort level felt pretty consistent throughout minus some rough hills in the second mile. My big toes had minimal pain, so the tape must be working. My dancer's pads came in after I got back, so I'll try them out on Monday.

I feel more confident that I can do a 2 hour HM as long as I can get my mileage up.
