Great run today. The run felt a little fast again - maybe 5-10 seconds faster than conversational.
I only wore the right dancer's pad since the left one was mangled by Sunday's run. It felt weird not having something on my left foot, but I quickly got used to it.
I left a bit later than usual and missed the carpool lane. :)
