Notes

Decided to start off with front squats today but it seemed to irritate my lower back. Lower back is quite tight after, not sure if it was because I was getting too low causing some butt wink. Did some paused squats after. Front squats at 125 and 135 were quite hard and didn't get full depth. Had problems balancing the weight. Last set of paused squats also wasn't quite at full depth but still pretty good. Tried to hold the pauses for a good 2 seconds. Found that it helped pulling the weight down when coming out of the hole but on the latter reps the only way for me to get out was to lean forward.

Front Squats - 1x10x95, 1x8x115, 1x6x125, 1x6x135

Paused Squats - 3x5x135

Leg Press - 1x15x90, 1x15x135, 1x10x180, 1x10x225, 1x8x270

Walking Lunges - 3x12x30lb dbs

Leg Extensions + Glute Ham Raises
