Notes

During actives my groin hurt, i tried running on it. I got a mile to ashbury and I probably could have ran on it. I dont know what to do. Will it get better if I stay off it? Will it get better while running on it overtime? Will it get worse if I run on it? Do I just run through it? Im gonna try to find Vandersteen during my lunch tomorrow to see what he thinks.
