Took me everything to do this tonight after my training with JC...60 minutes which 45 was all legs...plyometrics, jump squats, supersets of everything followed by 15 of core...crazy crazy...my legs felt like lead, but was able to kick out 8's..not bad I say...and probably good for my body to go that slow.....
