felt good today..no brace...so that is good see how it feels tomorrow..have JC and hockey...good times...will most likely just do bike or cross trainer after workout for 20 tomorrow...
I am feeling heavier than ever though..think I have lost some muscle and gained some molson muscle...that has got to fix itself...
167 by end of November....then see how it feels ...thinking anything below 170 i a magic number...although to run a marathon fast I may want to be low 60's....who knows..
