ok run...shorty but needed to get back at it...wife finally home for almost 12 hours now she left again for cottage country with work crowd..shes back tomorrow so daddy day care for me again...juggling conference calls and kids is brutally hard..so had to take my only hour off and run..woohoo....hockey and run with junior tomorrow...looking forward to that...have a confra call 7-12 but may bail if junior not to soft and wants to have a pint and some wings...
used nimbus today...just to see..no better on left shin...the brace is coming out..new nimbus being ordered...
