Good news via a load of changes - (1) used my true running socks that had not been used since portland (2) ran slow as anything on purpose(whatsup with that) (3)new tie on shoes tight toes and top, really loose through the mid, (4) finally bought the leg support that the physio guy told me about last november...Im a slow learner.. haha...

so if the last couple of runs were 8 out of 10 for pain intensity, this was a three and only for the first little bit...I stretched at minute 28 due to train crossing...and then it was supa...must say I was happy with that run...hard cross train this week m,w,f...and run on tues. rest on thursday..run on sat sunday....
