Run #1. Took things easy and short to ease back into the process of doubling. I felt completely fine, but had a random pain in my foot at first. I had to stop and adjust the tongue of my shoe, which seemed to help as it never happened again. Otherwise, I just focused on staying relaxed. Knee wasn't much of an issue.
