2x200 rep with 200 jog
1x800 rep (32) with 800 jog
1x600 f (28) with 5 minutes
1x400 f with 4 minutes

200s were too quick, 28 then 30. 80 was 2:11, not bad. Felt tired, wind on the track and no spikes. Harry apparently went an hour earlier. The 600 was killer, tough to keep form together, head from shaking arms from flailing. 1:27, pretty good. Very tired, bent over huffing. Took some extra time to recover, then hit 400 at 61. Then I died, starting throwing up, passed out on grass and didn't finish 300.
