Notes

right gluteus or piriformis quickly enflamed, but I can keep it from affecting stride. Better stretch and roll well.

At least the groin nerve (perineal?) is fine.

kinda late run tonight at 1am...

calves are doing well with running on forefoot.

Hoping to switch to flats soon, and get better spikes.
