This lift was a long one. I wasn't feeling great and actually felt pretty fatigued muscularly. Like i felt good but actually lifting was tough as it seemed like my muscles were still fatigued from riding this morning and i know i didn't do the best with nutrition post ride as i lacked any appetite.
About 40 minutes into my workout, i met up with Avery and then lifted with him. That's when my arms and shoulders went lifeless as the circuit we were doing was a tough one, I was so hungry and exhausted when i left the gym at 9 pm. If i was more prepared i would have written down what exercises e did.
