Wow - 4 nights of heavy drinking and restaurant eating and I lost 4 pounds. Not sure how that works, maybe it's a new idea for a diet book?

Anyway, back to the grind. I was traveling yesterday until 10pm, so I did Monday's workout today. If I'm feeling it, I may do today's squat workout later today or tonight.

WU: 60x5, 70x5, 100x3

BP: 125x8, 145x6, 165x4, 165x4, 165x4, 155x5, 145x6, 135x7, 125x8 (8+)

I always seem to forgot that this workout is supposed to be 8+ and I just stop at 8 reps. Oops, I did it again.

OHP: 60x6, 70x5, 80x3, 80x5, 80x7, 80x4, 80x4 (6), 80x4 (8)

I only managed 4 reps on the 6 and 8 sets of 80. Not surprising after the damage of the long weekend.
