Swings: 10x10 @24KG 2H (9:47)
TGU: 5x1 @ 16KG (6:50)
Presses: 5x 16KG, 3x 24KG (PR!), 5x 20KG
Wanted to do something a little different today. Mix things up without mixing things up sort of thing.
Went with 24KG 2H swings and 16KG for the TGU. Nice change.
I've been wanting to see where I was with presses with the 24KG and hit a PR of 3 on each arm. Woo hoo!
