Notes
Took it very easy to the park (5-6 miles) - sped it up as the way out is downhill - didn't realize at the time that the wind was at my back. When I turned around and felt the wind - I decided to practice relaxing on the ups and not redlining at all on the hills and into the wind. Seemed to help a little - but I don't have any hills as big or steep as yesterday to really compare to.
I really, I mean really, felt the new saddle today. Not sure if it's because of all the miles in two days or if it's not the right saddle for me. I may call Justin and see what he says.
Anyway, except for a brief turn to the east to change roads - the wind was in my face all the way out of the trail and all the way south to home. I wasn't too worried about speed - I really got to get this "easy" thing down - I hate taking days off when I could just go do 10-20 easy instead.
