S&S #11 - so I went to 11.
Normal S&S workout, except instead of 100 swings, I did as many as I could in 10 minutes - hit 189.
Also, the new 26# KB arrived today. Nice change of pace for the warmup over the 18#, the getups were a good bit more difficult. The swings weren't too bad until about 140-150 - then they got really tough.
