First workout after a week of "rest", which involved a 12 hour drive moving the DD down to Florida for school, a day at the beach, a week of business in Boston (including 3 nights of heavy drinking, another day of chilling, then another 12 hour drive home yesterday.

Not difficult, just a good workout - really focusing on keeping both arms going up at the same speed on OHP.
