Just wanted to hit some bench. It's been awhile. Don't really have a program to follow at the moment. Just want to mix in a little bench and maybe a little deadlift into the kettlebell mix.
Today I did "heavy triples".
45x10, 95x5, 135x3, 155x3, 155x3, 155x3, 135x5, 95x10
15 minutes and done - including the rests and re-racking the plates. Noice.
