3 miles around the track then roaming around Waterboro. Started to kick it in a bit in the last mile when I came back onto West Rd. Up ahead about 1/4 mile I saw an older woman suddenly drop to the ground and hit her head. She wasn’t moving. I ran as fast as I could towards her meanwhile motioning passing cars to call 911. Most were oblivious. One woman stopped and had emergency personnel on the phone. Turns out the lady lived nearby and just collapsed all of a sudden. She wasn’t able to stand despite several attempts. Ambulance arrived and took her to Sanford. Glad she’s Ok. Happy Monday morning.
