Ran with John and Tom. Trail was snow covered and footing was awful. I wonder how beneficial it is to run on this vs. the risk. I never felt very good on this run and left hamstring was tightening up even though I had a bunch of icy/hot on it. 921, 820, 725, 715, 724, 647, 27.
