Notes
Too hot after work and I had a lot of things to do. Then I watched, "Running Brave" the Billy Mills story. It was 10pm, but I was pumped up after watching the movie. I ran up Garth and back and felt great. My steps were light and the big hills didn't phase me. That's rare on those hills. I ran just over 3 in 23:34. Billy Mills ran 6.2 in 28:24 for the gold and a world record in 64'.
