Notes
Started preparing for my 1000th day today. Drove to Wilton then took river roads to Easley then wound up on Heart of America course. Took it to Providence then to McBaine. Maggie was with me so we ran 3 miles together from McBaine. It was a bit warm for Maggie, but a sprinkle of rain helped. My legs are very sore from yesterday, so I can't imagine what almost 3Xs that distance will do to me.
I guess if I slow it down I can extend it to 20 or 25, but after that I'm a bit worried.
