Pain in Piriformis and quad (L) woke me up and has been hurting all day. I felt lethargic on the run tonight, but I think it's more from lack of sleep than anything. I've decided to run tomorrows 1/2 marathon @ 6:50 a mile (Marathon pace). My goal is Sub 3 at Boston and racing Sedalia is just going to leave me sore and could decrease my mileage next week. So, I'll do a mile warmup, run a focused, even paced 1:29:30, then do a mile or so warmdown. Then next week I'll be able to get in another 70+ week.
