Notes

Had a great workout on the treamill at the gym by the hotel. I put it on a hill workout and it cycled me through 0-5% grades. I adjusted the pace from 8mph to 7.5mph depending on the hill but on the 2nd 5K I kept the pace at 8mph. Something I haven't done before!
