Beautiful day and I thought an easy 8 or so shouldn't hurt me during tomorrows long run, so I ran very comfortably. Thought it was warm enough not to need gloves, but wind chill made me wish I had them. I'm looking forward to tomorrows long run. I have been faithful to them and I only have two more before I taper.
