Beautiful day. 53 degrees. John P. got off work early and met me at the Forum access to the trail. We ran Forum, Stadium, Old 63, Grindstone, Prov, Green Meadows, lost in a neighborhood off G.M., La Rail, Forum to trail, +.4. Great run. We had decided to run 8:00 a mile but just felt too good at this pace to slow down.
