Notes

15 warm up with 90 second extendo. Did drills and then the work out of 5 sets of 400/200 hills with 200 jog between reps and 400 jog between sets. Felt pretty strong today. Catanese took the first two pretty hard from the get go, but I was able to progress nicely and then ultimately take the lead on him on the last two. Felt solid today, those hills were tough (especially compared to skinker). 15 cool down. Did 4 x strides and strengthening afterward plus Drill Sergeant Stiles made me do 20 minutes continuous core with no rest and then a weight room session afterward. Long day, but solid overall.
